Marc and Melissa exceeded my expectations on customer service and professionalism--qualities that are actually very difficult to find nowadays. Those qualities included: 1) Valuing importance of building rapport/trusting relationship, 2) Appropriate and timely responses through email, phone, or texts, 3) Thorough [note: very, very thorough] explanation of the loan process by means of a Zoom presentation.

With the climate of the housing market and interest rates, my fiancé and I ended up choosing another lender based solely on the decision of numbers. Because of the stellar relationship that Marc and Melissa brought forth, I only felt it was courteous to inform them of our decision. Marc called me on the same day to check-in. Business aside, he is just a stellar human being and I know that if I needed anything--I can reach out to them. They also do a great job of setting up informational sessions with you (where you'll meet Melissa and her team; she's so nice and understanding!), and it's super helpful and detailed! If you're organized, detailed, and like to know what/how to anticipate things- these sessions that Fairway provides are really helpful! We also got the chance to hear from other team members, such as Marc (who sends helpful emails/videos), Uyen and Tania, who were all amazing with their support and quick turnaround time. Frankly, we could not have done it successfully without Fairway, specifically without Albert and Melissa, who went the extra steps to communicate with the sellers and smooth bumps along the way. I wanted to get an idea of the home buying process and see where I needed to focus my attention in order to make it happen. Marc laid out everything I needed to hear and so our journey to own a home near the beach began.

Fast forward almost 10 years later, a couple career changes, a marriage and a cat named Buddy, and we finally did it.

We are so thankful for Marc and his team for putting in all the hard work to get us approved. We started looking at homes late February 2021 and had our keys March 28th. It was absolutely insane but also thrilling, exciting, at times frightening, and in the end the most rewarding and exhilarating feeling of accomplishment.   Where do I begin...Marc was our lender that helped us with our first home purchase 5 years ago. At that moment I knew I could rely on his team's help... read more always. Marc just helped us fund our new home that we purchase about 2 weeks ago. This time, it was for a new build so we had to wait a few months before closing. Marc's team was there the whole way, they answered all my questions within hours. They have great knowledge rate lock, appraisals questions, documentations, and many more. I have referred a few friends to Marc and will continue to do so. Marc provides more value than just helping us fund our house, he educates us on how this whole thing work. Marc helped me with my first mortgage back in 2019 and I've done two refis with him since (just recently closed on my second last month). I have no complaints what-so-ever and Marc has always been helpful, informative, and responsive. His team (Albert especially! But Melissa and the others too!) are truly experts at what they do and are available to help and guide you every step of the way.

I have to be honest and say, even though I trust Marc each time, I always do comparison shop. Marc always pulls through, though, and it's always made the most sense (both financially and for convenience) to work with Marc. I highly recommend the team - you won't regret it!
